Q: What resolution and color mode should I use?
Export at 300 dpi (at final size) in CMYK. Vector artwork is best for logos and text. For deep blacks, use C40 M40 Y40 K100 (or your shop’s rich-black spec).
Q: Will you check my files before printing?
Absolutely. We do a free preflight (size, bleed, fonts, resolution). Minor fixes we handle; if anything major’s off, we’ll email you. You’ll get a digital proof to approve before we print.
Q: How long does production take?
Most standard items are ready within 48 hours after proof approval. Large format: 3–5 business days. Custom packaging: 5–7 business days. Timelines start after approval & payment.
Q: Do you offer rush service or same-day?
Yes—rush & same-day are available on select products and quantities. Contact us before ordering to confirm cut-off times and any express fees.
Q: How does shipping/pickup work?
Tracked shipping is available nationwide. Orders $50+ ship free domestically. Local store pickup is free. You’ll receive tracking once your order leaves our shop.

Q: Can you print custom sizes or shapes?
Yes. We can trim to any custom size and offer die-cut shapes (circles, ovals, stickers, logos, etc.). Send a vector dieline (AI/PDF) or we’ll create one for you. Rounded corners and drill holes are available too.
Q: Do you offer Pantone color matching?
Yes. For exact brand colors we can print with Pantone spot inks or simulate in CMYK. Spot matching may add cost/lead time. We recommend a printed proof to verify color before the full run.
